Torsten Krug | Founder & Managing Director

Torsten Krug initiated the establishment of SWAB as a foundation company in 2008. With over 20 years of experience as a top manager in consulting and listed companies (Allianz, Kienbaum, Mercedes Benz, Eon), he switched to the startup side as a successful founder and investor when SWAB was founded in 2008.

The psychology graduate is regarded as a pioneer in networking decision-makers in the old and new economy. Today, as a supervisory board member, investor and sparring partner, he supports decision-makers in the strategic challenges of sustainable organizational design for innovative forms of work and employment.

Steffi Richter | Candidate Management

Steffi Richter holds a degree in biology and an MBA. She initially worked as a scientist in various start-ups and spent 4 years as an innovation scout for the Fraunhofer Institute for Cell Therapy and Immunology in Leipzig. Today, its focus is on placing employees from start-ups in industrial companies and vice versa. Ms. Richter has an extensive network in the established industry as well as with international start-up companies.

Nadja Soukup | Professional & Leadership Center

Nadja Soukup, actress & business coach, initially studied medicine when she discovered her passion for the stage and studied acting in Zurich. In addition, she has numerous degrees and qualifications as a business coach and has been working with experienced top managers and top executives of international corporations and medium-sized companies for over 10 years.

Gunnar Schulze | Innovation Scouting

Gunnar Schulze was instrumental in setting up the Innovation Scouting department at SWAB. As an experienced founder and consultant for process and organizational design, he is the first point of contact for networking the old and new economy. On behalf of our member companies, he searches for start-ups worldwide and advises founders on finding investors and preparing their business cases.
